Legal Translation and Consecutive Interpretation Office

The NOUSHADJAMAL Translation Office has been providing written translation and interpretation services in Montreal since 1990, including the translation of official, specialized, and legal documents. With more than three decades of experience, the office provides translation services with an emphasis on accuracy, quality, confidentiality, and compliance with professional standards.

The office provides services to individuals, businesses and private institutions, lawyers and law firms, government departments and organizations, universities, educational and healthcare institutions, and other organizations.

The office is headed by Mr. Mohammadreza NOUSHADJAMAL, a Certified Translator and member of the Ordre des traducteurs, terminologues et interprètes agréés du Québec (OTTIAQ). He has been providing written translation and interpretation services between Persian, French, and English since 1990.

Translations certified by Mr. Noushadjamal are prepared and signed in accordance with applicable professional requirements and, where appropriate, bear his professional seal. They may be submitted to government authorities, universities, educational institutions, courts, law firms, financial institutions, and other relevant organizations. Final acceptance of any document or translation remains subject to the requirements of the receiving authority or organization.

Translation and Interpretation Services

The NOUSHADJAMAL Translation Office provides translation services between Persian, French, and English.

Services include the translation of identity documents such as birth certificates, national identity cards, and passports; marriage and divorce documents, child custody and other family-related documents; diplomas, certificates, and academic transcripts; contracts, powers of attorney, declarations, and official instruments; judgments, correspondence, and other legal and court documents; medical, healthcare, and insurance documents; commercial, corporate, banking, and financial documents; administrative documents and official correspondence; as well as documents required for immigration, refugee, permanent residence, and citizenship matters.

The office also provides specialized translation of legal, academic, medical, technical, and commercial texts, as well as interpretation services for meetings, administrative procedures, and interactions with various institutions.

Referrals to Independent Lawyers

In addition to translation and interpretation services, when clients require legal advice or legal representation in matters involving immigration and refugee law, sponsorship, family law, criminal law, or other legal matters, the office may, at the client's request, refer them to independent lawyers duly authorized to practise in Canada.

All legal advice, legal assessments, and representation services are provided directly and independently by the lawyer concerned. Clients remain free to choose their own lawyer. A referral or introduction to a lawyer does not constitute a guarantee regarding the services provided or the outcome of any matter.

The NOUSHADJAMAL Translation Office is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. The office's translation and interpretation services are separate from the legal services provided by independent lawyers.
