Noushadjamal Certified Translation Office provides written translation and oral interpretation services. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal services.

Where clients require legal advice or representation in matters involving immigration and refugee law, sponsorship, family law, criminal law, or other legal matters, we may, at the client’s request, provide an introduction or referral to independent lawyers who are licensed to practise law in Canada.

Referrals to independent lawyers may include matters such as:

• Immigration and refugee matters

• IRB hearings and proceedings

• Spousal and family sponsorship matters

• Family law matters

• Criminal law matters

• Other matters requiring legal advice or legal representation

All legal consultations, legal assessments, case strategies, and legal representation are provided directly and independently by the lawyer concerned.

Clients remain completely free to choose their own lawyer. Any introduction, referral, or facilitation of communication with a lawyer by the Translation Office does not create a solicitor-client relationship between the client and the Translation Office and does not constitute any guarantee regarding the outcome of a legal matter.

Noushadjamal Certified Translation Office may provide translation and interpretation services required in connection with legal and immigration matters, including:

• Translation of identity documents, marriage certificates, divorce documents, and family-related documents

• Translation of documents required for immigration and refugee matters

• Translation of legal correspondence and documents

• Written translation and oral interpretation in Persian, French, and English

Please note: The translation and interpretation services provided by the Translation Office are entirely separate from the legal services provided by independent lawyers.
