Refugee Services

1. Initial Consultation and Assessment

  • Accurate and professional translation of the refugee applicant’s statements for presentation to the CISR-IRB judge.

  • Certified translation of supporting documents, including identity documents, evidence of persecution, support letters, and medical or political records.

5. Post-Initial Denial Services

  • Assistance with Appeals or Judicial Reviews if the initial refugee claim is denied.

6. Support Until Permanent Residency

  • Legal guidance and support throughout all stages of the case until permanent residency (PR) is obtained and the applicant’s legal status in Canada is secured.
